Service Description
A deeply calming upper-body ritual focused on the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders — the areas where stress quietly accumulates. Includes focused neck and shoulder massage, facial massage techniques, and a warm hot oil scalp treatment designed to soothe the nervous system and invite profound relaxation and mental clarity. Can be a standalone service or add-on the The Reset or The Ritual.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service(s). Clients who fail to cancel and do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be billed for the full price of their scheduled service(s). We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last-minute cancellations or reschedules due to unforeseen and verifiable emergencies, illnesses, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges. However, this is to be determined at the practitioner's discretion. All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time of the booked service in order for us to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. We book our appointments with appropriate time for intake and preparation in order to give every attempt to ensure you receive the full session time booked by being on time.
